Coronavirus FAQ

Can I still sell my home?

 - Yes, you can. Believe it or not, 93% of customers are being offered their full asking price as of June 2020, which means it's still a great time to sell.

What safety measures do you have in place?

 - Ideally, when we visit your property, we would like it to be empty so we can freely move around without close contact. Prior to my arrival, please make sure all the windows and doors are open and that any objects that will restrict movement are removed. Please be aware that we will not be able to tidy any areas prior to taking photos, so please make sure this is done by yourself.

If I have had any symptoms recently, can you still visit?

 - I'm afraid not. If you have displayed any symptoms in the last 14 days, we will not be able to come and you will have to wait for the full 14 days. If we do turn up to the property and someone is displaying symptoms, we will have to leave the property and continue this once safe to do so.

Can I still get a property valuation?

Yes, you can. If you're not comfortable with us visiting your property, we can do a valuation online for you, which will require you to submit photos to us, so we can give an accurate valuation.

If I am classed as vulnerable or high-risk, can you still come?

I'm afraid not. As you are deemed as a vulnerable customer, this isn't something we can proceed with, as we wouldn't like to put any potential customers at risk. If you're able to be away from the house when we come, then we may be able to make a special arrangement with you.
